- Initial consultation with our Ayurvedic Doctor and Yoga Instructor, along with daily health assessments
- One major therapy and one minor therapy per day, as prescribed
- Daily group Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation sessions
- All meals, including doctor-prescribed Ayurvedic diet, along with tea/coffee/juice
- All Ayurvedic medicines prescribed during your stay
- One Heritage Walk Tour (for guests staying 10 nights or more)
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
GENERAL INFORMATION
- 24-hour check-in and check-out available
- Optional services (at additional cost): laundry, laboratory tests, discharge medicines, and transport
- This is a strictly vegetarian facility
- Alcohol and smoking are not permitted anywhere on the premises
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the retreat
- Rooms will be confirmed only after receipt of 50% advance payment
