MILLET KHEER

The dessert provides a harmonious blend of tender millet grains, milk, and the delightful crunch of assorted nuts. Millets are a powerhouse of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. This makes them a nutritious addition to your diet, even when used in a dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup millet of your choice
  • 1 cup milk
  • Jaggery
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Dry fruits for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash the millets properly and roast them in ghee.
  • To this add milk and jaggery. Let it cook.
  • When the kheer thickens add cardamom powder and dry fruits to this.
  • Let it cool down and have it as a dessert. You can also have it for
    breakfast
