MILLET DOSA

Millet dosa is a healthy alternative to the traditional rice dosa, packed with fiber and nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup finger millet (ragi)
  • 1/2 cup urad dal
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Soak millet and urad dal separately for 4-5 hours.
  • Grind them together into a smooth batter, adding water as needed.
  • Let the batter ferment overnight. Add salt and mix well.
  • Pour a ladle of batter onto a hot dosa pan and spread in a circular motion.
  • Cook until both sides are golden brown.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney.
