SHANKU PUSHI(Butterfly Pea) JUICE

Butterfly pea flowers are beautiful bell shaped edible flowers. It helps in enhancing concentration, learning capabilities, mental fatigue, insomnia, stress, anxiety..etc. This flower can be used to make teas and mocktails.

Ingredients:

  • Heat water in a sauce pan
  • Remove the stem and leaves of the flower and infuse the flowers in hot water for 3-4 minutes (If using dried flowers, directly put them into the hot water).
  • Squeeze some lime into a glass, pour the infused water.The colour of the water turns purple.
  • Add chia seeds and let it soak for sometime.
  • Add honey for sweetness and stir well.
  • Serve it at room temperature.
